Absolutely. Our referee staff will accompany you on to the playing field to help you with any questions/problems you may have as well as to make sure everyone is following the rules.

Absolutely. Make sure you know how to chronograph your gun, that you have your gun set to semi-auto, that you have a barrel bag(We have them available for sale if you don't), and that your tanks don't have any expired hydrodate. Also make sure to bring your tools with you in case you need to make any repairs/adjustments.

All players are required to use APPG's field paint.

Ideally, you should try to dress in layers and to have sturdy footwear. Darker colors and/or camouflage will help you blend into the woods better but are not required. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. The paint used at APPG is designed to wash out of most clothing. You're also likely to encounter dirt, grass, etc. while playing.

We play rain or shine. Severe weather is handled on a case by case basis.

Splatball is actually a brand name in the paintball industry, just like Dell is brand name in the computer industry. Paintball is the name of the game itself.

You bet. Contrary to popular belief, paintballs don't become "marbles" when temperatures get below 32 degrees. We've actually run groups as low as -27 degrees and the paint has remained in a liquid state. We also have indoor fields in Minneapolis and Maple Plain.

For safety reasons, no player can have alcohol in their system while they are playing.

APPG has vending machines available with typical vending items. We have grills and picnic tables available if you are interested in having something more substantial. Dominos also delivers to our locations.
