Indoor Paintball vs Outdoor Paintball

Outdoor and Indoor Paintball is an intense sport that is enjoyed by millions of people. It is fast paced and can be lots of fun. Competing with teams against other paintball teams makes this sport extremely competitive as well. Paintball can be enjoyed in different venues as well, indoor and outdoor paintball. I would like to discuss the benefits of each type of venue in further detail.

Outdoor Paintball

Outdoor paintball venues offer many different advantages. When playing outdoors, there is much more space which allows for much more wide-open, fast-paced action. With much more open space available, there are many different game types that one can choose from. From speedball to capture the flag, there is quite a range of excitement to be enjoyed when playing outdoor paintball. Also, outdoor paintball is the one that is most preferred by paintball enthusiasts for these vary reasons. Here at Action Packed we have multiple outdoor fields to choose from.

Indoor Paintball

Indoor paintball may not have the availability of lots of wide-open space, but it can still be fun as well. Playing indoors allows paint ballers to play at any time of the day, and in any weather. Whether it is 10 below outside, or whether it is midnight, paintball can still be played in an indoor venue. Indoor paintball might be ideal for new comers, as there is not much terrain to navigate and the action may be more fast-faced than in a larger environment. Splatball, our Minneapolis location, is a climate-controlled indoor paintball field.

Whatever venue you choose to play paintball in; there is still a lot of fun to be had. Outdoors may be more appealing to the more experienced paint baller, but either way you can not go wrong if you just want to have some fun lighting your friends up with paint balls.
